Provided subconsultant design services to Wannemacher Jensen Architects for the replacement of the HVAC systems as part of a renovation.  Systems included package DX rooftop units and a VRF system for a 20,000 GSF building.

Provided subconsultant design services to Baker Barrios Architects for the replacement of the HVAC systems as part of a project to expand an elementary school to a K-8; including several expansions, renovations amounting to 28,000 GSF of added space, and the new construction of a 40,000 GSF combination classroom-gymnasium building.  Systems included a new upgraded chiller plant, VAV chilled water air handlers, chilled water DOAS units with energy recovery.

Provided an owner-direct design for the HVAC renovation done as part of the Hillsborough County Public Schools' Referendum Projects.

Provided an owner-direct design for the HVAC renovation done as part of the Hillsborough County Public Schools' Referendum Projects.  The HVAC design included chilled water vertical unit ventilators that were integrated into the classrooms' casework, new VAV air handlers for the media center and cafeteria buildings, and an air-cooled chiller addition.

Provided an owner-direct design for the HVAC renovation to the 300,000 GSF done as part of the Hillsborough County Public Schools' Referendum Projects.  The new HVAC systems were primarily variable refrigerant flow systems that utilized DX dedicated outdoor air rooftop units with energy recovery, and two existing air-cooled chillers were replaced.

Provided an owner-direct design for the HVAC renovation to the 310,000 GSF campus, done as part of the Hillsborough County Public Schools' Referendum Projects.  Systems included new chilled water air handlers and a 1000-ton water cooled chiller plant, and new heating hot water plant with condensing gas boilers.

Provide subconsultant design services under Wannemacher Jensen Architects for the replacement of the HVAC systems as part of an interior renovation and building reroofing project.  Systems included package DX rooftop units for a 20,000 GSF building.

Interior renovation of a mission critical office building under ADC.  HVAC systems included adding a chiller to the chiller plant, new redundant chilled water air handlers, redundant energy recovery ventilators, and several DX computer room air conditioners for server and UPS rooms.

Provide subconsultant design services to Wannemacher Jensen Architects for the refurbishment of the HVAC systems as part of a phased interior renovation project.  Systems included refurbished chilled water air handlers for a 20,000 GSF building.

Provided services to Cooper Johnson Smith Peterson Architects under multiple phases to replace the HVAC systems on the campus and provide new systems serving building expansions.

Provided services to St. Pete Design Group to convert 70,000 GSF of interior space of an office building into museum space.  This involved an all new HVAC system capable of maintain very stringent temperature and humidity control for the preservation of art, as well as a design that complimented the high end finishes and low noise acoustical goals for the best experience for the museum visitors.  Multiple space types were housed within the complex in addition to exhibit space, including an audit

Provided services to Cooper Johnson Smith Peterson Architects for the design the HVAC systems on a new 100,000 GSF  church.  Equipment included DX rooftop units, DX split systems, and energy recovery ventilators.
